Before your ADHD evaluation appointment, you will complete secure online assessments from the comfort of your home.
Depending on your individual evaluation, these assessments may include:
ADHD rating scales and questionnaires
QbCheck objective ADHD testing
Observer questionnaires
Completing these assessments before your appointment allows us to spend your evaluation time focusing on your experiences, reviewing results, and discussing the diagnostic picture rather than gathering information for the first time.
