13. Healthcare Services and Geographic Limitations

Ayr Mental Health PLLC provides outpatient psychiatric mental health services by telehealth to eligible adults who are physically located in states where the practice and its clinicians are authorized to provide services.

Information on this Site does not constitute an offer to provide healthcare services in any particular state.

Availability of services is subject to applicable licensure, clinical appropriateness, practice requirements, scheduling availability, and the practice's acceptance process.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our Site, services, technology, legal requirements, or business practices.

When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Medical Disclaimer, Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy, and any other policies expressly incorporated into the Site, constitute the terms governing your use of the Site.
