All new patients begin with a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation. This first appointment is not the dedicated ADHD assessment; it allows us to understand your concerns, review your medical and mental health history, discuss your current symptoms, and learn how those symptoms are affecting your daily life.
We will also explore factors that may contribute to or overlap with ADHD symptoms, including anxiety, depression, trauma, sleep concerns, mood disorders, and medical contributors such as thyroid conditions, iron deficiency, vitamin deficiencies, or other health concerns.
If ADHD remains a concern after the initial evaluation, we will move forward with a dedicated Comprehensive ADHD Evaluation.
