To send a referral or records
Use Spruce secure clinic-to-clinic messaging if both practices use Spruce, or fax to (206) 339-1621. Helpful details include the reason for referral, current medications, and relevant history. Please follow your practice’s policies for sharing records, and do not send psychotherapy notes without the required specific authorization.
